Tiffany Peterson is a SHRM certified Human Resources professional. She is the HR Director of the Central Florida Community Action Agency, a small, nonprofit organization that serves Alachua, Marion, and Levy counties. Over the last year much of her focus has been on navigating the challenges the pandemic has brought to the workplace. She has designed new policies and procedures that protect the organization while prioritizing the safety, health, and well-being of the staff. Prior to CFCAA, she worked in HR at a large corporation.
