Membership Levels

  • Voting Members
    •Non-Profit 501 (c)3 CDCs Incorporated in the State of Florida, is in good standing and current in their membership dues.
    •Voting    : Dues are $150 annually

Affiliate Members
•Individual organizations that support community­based development including banks, housing authorities, city, county agencies and other non-profits.
•Affiliate: Dues are $500 annually

Associate Members
•Any group currently in the process of organizing a CDC and has applied for their 501 (c)3 status. No voting rights until that process is completed.
•Associate: Dues are $100 annually
